Rotation Type Double-plate SH Series Meshless Filter is a gear threaded cover plate. The disassembly and assembly of cover plate is by operating the pinion gear to drive the large gear, which is convenient and labor-saving. The internal structure is double scrapers and double filter screens. The two sets of filter components are placed back to back without relying on the bottom of the box. The higher the pressure, the tighter the filter plate and the scraper are attached, the higher the impurity removal rate, and the highest design pressure is 30MP, the filter area is twice that of the same model D series.
The SH series is mainly used for the high productivity plastic products such as the upgrading of these production lines: aluminum-plastic composite panels, XPS extruded panels, bellows pipes, hollow formwork, and luggage sheets, etc. The matching rotation discharge device does not cause melt pressure fluctuations while discharging impurities accumulated in the cavity.
